Acted as a Principal Designer for the construction of a mixed-use building containing apartments, retail units and hotel accommodation.

Due to our proactiveness embedded with transformational leadership skills, we were able to maintained high standards of health and safety performance during the Construction Phase. Health and Safety File was handed over on-time with no delays to the handover process.
