The completed project comprises the construction of new mixed-use accommodations comprising demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site comprising the erection of two residential buildings of up to four storeys providing 41 self-contained flats and 161sqm of A1 floorspace, including on site car parking for 20 vehicles and 66 cycle spaces, recycling and refuse areas, associated amenity space, landscaping and associated development. ETH Safety was valuable during the design phase in ensuring that the project was as safe and efficient as possible. By identifying potential hazards early in the design process, we influenced design changes that positively impacted worker safety and project outcomes.
