ETH Safety was appointed by the client to discharge CDM Principal Designer related services from RIBA stage 2. The ongoing project comprises of a mixed-use scheme i.e. student accommodation and commercial facilities. There are two separate buildings. One building is 3-storeys and the other is 6-storeys.
