AVONMOUTH STREET DEVELOPMENT, LONDON

The overall scheme comprises of the construction of a new fifteen storeys , with double basement, residential development at the site of Avonmouth House, SE1 6NY, at the intersection of Avonmouth Street and Tiverton Street.

ETH Safety is currently providing CDM Principal Designer for the development. The project is a mix used development consisting of commercial units and student accommodations.
