The completed project comprises the construction of new mixed-use accommodations comprising demolition of existing buildings and construction of a part 3 and part 4 storey building to provide 885sqm (GIA) of commercial floorspace (B1) at ground and first floors and 9 residential dwellings above on the second and third floors, with associated access and highway works, amenity areas, cycle, and refuse/recycling stores.

Among other things, the Principal Designer [ETH Safety] identified several significant hazards during the RIBA stages which were mitigated during the Construction Phase – the remaining risk were included in the Health and Safety File which was issued on time at handover.
